1. Who we are

“Worklab” is a creative work lab operated by an independent creator (“I”, “me”, “operator”) for publishing generated films and stills (including mirrors to Pinterest). It is not a manufacturer or retail brand.

2. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you:

• visit this website;
• email me; or
• use developer applications I register (for example Pinterest API apps) that power my private Social Poster publishing workflow.

3. What this project does

I create and publish product-oriented media (images, video, captions) related to wholesale assortments and trade marketing. Publishing is performed on accounts and boards I am authorized to manage, using official platform APIs or authorized sessions.

4. Data I collect via this website

This static website does not use advertising cookies, login accounts, or a user database.

• Server / hosting logs — if the host (e.g. GitHub Pages) records standard technical logs such as IP address, user agent, and request time for security and reliability.
• Email — if you write to me, I receive whatever you choose to send (name, email address, message content).

I do not sell personal data. I do not run third-party ad trackers on this site.

5. Data used by Social Poster / platform APIs

Social Poster is a private automation tool. Tokens and credentials are stored locally by the operator (for example in environment variables on a private machine) and are not sold or shared with unrelated third parties.

Depending on connected platforms, processing may include:

• API access tokens and account identifiers issued by the platform;
• media files I upload (product photos/videos);
• titles, descriptions, hashtags, and destination links I provide;
• technical delivery metadata returned by the platform (post IDs, status, errors).

When content is published, the destination platform (Pinterest, Instagram/Meta, Telegram, etc.) processes data under their terms and privacy policies. I only send data necessary to create the post I initiate.

6. Pinterest-specific note

If a Pinterest developer app is linked to this project, it is used to create Pins (including video pins) on boards controlled by the operator for product and catalog content. The app is not offered as a public multi-user service that posts on behalf of arbitrary end customers without authorization.

7. Legal bases (where applicable)

Where data protection laws apply, processing is based on:

• legitimate interest in operating a professional portfolio and private publishing tools;
• contractual / pre-contractual communication when you email me;
• compliance with platform developer requirements and applicable law.

8. Retention

• Email correspondence — kept as long as needed to respond and maintain a normal business record, then deleted or archived.
• Local API tokens — kept only while the integration is active; revoked when no longer needed.
• Hosting logs — retained according to the host’s default policy.

9. Sharing

I share data only when necessary:

• with platform APIs to publish content I request;
• with hosting providers that technically serve this website;
• if required by law or to protect rights and safety.

10. Security

Access tokens and passwords are stored privately and not committed to public repositories. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; use strong unique credentials and revoke tokens if compromised.

11. Children

This project is not directed at children under 16. I do not knowingly collect their personal data.

12. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data I hold about you (for example, an email you sent). Contact me at the address above. You may also complain to a supervisory authority where applicable.

13. Third-party links & brands

Product trademarks and brand assets belong to their owners. This site may describe categories of wholesale goods without implying endorsement beyond authorized advertising activity.

14. Changes

I may update this Policy by posting a new version on this page and changing the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the site after changes means you acknowledge the updated Policy.
